ADVERTISING SPECIALITY AND PREMIUM (ASAP)MODELS

Advertising Speciality And Premiums commonly known as ASAP has been in business for a long time but started doing short run promotional models for Matchbox since the mid 1990s. Unlike Color Comp Inc. ASAP does not release information regarding their promotions to the collectors. Collectors discover their models by chance or if they show up on sale at different stores or on ebay. This list is based upon the models that I have in my collection plus the models from my Wish List. I would like to thank Jim Gallegos for providing me a list of ASAP models from his collection. Without his help this list would not have been possible. Here is a list of all the ASAP models that I am aware of with a "thumbs up" meaning I have it in my collection. Click at the to view the model. Please note that the models are listed by catalog number then they are sorted in year order but not necessiraly in release order. I will be updating the list as I get the information about these models. In case, you would like to contribute something to this list or help me fill some of the gaps in my collection, please me the information and I will try to update this. Just a small note, before you go through the list. There are two sections to this list:

1) ASAP Limited Edition Promotional Models
2) ASAP Blank Models

Sorry, but I am not aware of any pre-production models from ASAP. I have listed only the miniature models as I only collect minature. Anyone willing to provide a list of Convoys is more than welcome to do so. I will add them to this list as time permits. This list contains 471 models (not including 89 blanks).
